If your region/municipality already has a license, you can create a free user profile here. Here you will identify as an adult, a child, or professional user, and follow the instructions. If you encounter problems, please email SES at: support@sesfamily.com .

To make it easier to assist with your problem, please include your name, and the municipality in which you reside. Support is available all weekdays.
Yes! SES Family is for all types of people and families who have been affected by a breakup or have a blended family. It is also possible to become a user in the role of a relative if the child or family's municipality of residence has a license.
No. Neither the municipality or other authorities can see or become aware that you use SES Family.
Your username and/or password were input incorrectly: Please check that you have entered the information correctly. If you are certain that the information entered is correct, you can request a new password by clicking on “Login” in the top right corner, and then “Forgot password”. You will be asked to provide your e-mail or your username.
If the aforementioned solutions do not resolve your problem, or you have forgotten the username or e-mail you have previously used, please write to us at support@sesfamily.com and include your full name, municipality, e-mail and a short description of the problem.
You are not registered as a user yet. The problem may be that you are not yet registered as a user in the system. You can register as a user by following the steps in the FAQ section titled: “How do I register as a user?”.
Click on “Login” in the top right corner and the click on “Forgot Password”. Here you will provide you username or e-mail associated with your SES account, after which you will receive a link to reset your password.
If you have forgotten your username and/or the e-mail address associated with your SES account, send an e-mail to: support@sesfamily.com. Please include your full name and municipality to make it easier to find your account information.

When you are registered as a user, you receive access to 18 modules that are categorized under the three following themes: “Children”, “Your Self”, and “Collaboration”.
There is no correct order in which to complete the modules. That means, that you can decide which theme or module interests you or fits best to your own unique situation.
No. Neither the municipality nor the authorities can see your responses or which modules you have used. The collected statistics for our thousands of users are completely anonymous and are used only for development, research and advice purposes.
