I hereby confirm that the information provided is correct, as it is a prerequisite for granting me free access. If my child lives or attends school and/or daycare in a municipality with an SES license, I am entitled to access through my child's municipality, even if my own municipality of residence does not offer access to SES. 

SES and the specified municipality of residence are entitled at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided by searching systems or by requiring that I submit appropriate documentation. 

If it turns out at a later date that I have not provided correct information and thus have not been entitled to free access to SES, I accept that SES is entitled to charge me an amount of DKK 500 for each month begun in which I have had unauthorized access to SES.

I hereby wish to register for SES for a fee. The price is DKK 299 per calendar month, which is paid in advance when charged on the first of each month. The first calendar month is paid in full, even if registration is made later than the first of the month.

I can terminate my access at any time at the end of a calendar month, cf. the user terms and conditions.

The payment covers me personally and any others with whom I share my residence. I agree that I may not share my user access or password with others.
